Well, it doesn't take much searching to find a big van. Several on ebay for around 5,000 and there is an auction in Des Moines this weekend (Department of Administrative Services) and based on their last auction closings 15 passenger vans go for between 2400 and 6000 depending on the year and mileage. Maybe i'll do some investigating to see what it would take to get their current van operational and go from there.
